Wallet Balance
The dashboard displays your current balance, pending holds, and available balance in real time. The available balance is what you can use immediately for card funding and payouts.All balances are denominated in USD. USDT deposits are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at time of confirmation.
Depositing Funds
Copy your deposit address
Select your preferred network — TRC20 or ERC20 — and copy the deposit address. Each address is unique to your account.
Withdrawals
You can withdraw your balance back to an external USDT address at any time.- Navigate to Wallet → Withdraw.
- Enter the amount and destination address.
- Confirm with your account password and a one-time code sent to your email.
Transaction History
The Transactions page shows a full ledger of all wallet movements including:| Type | Description |

| Deposit | Inbound USDT converted to USD |
| Card Fund | Balance moved to fund an issued card |
| Card Unload | Balance returned from a card to your wallet |
| Payout | Disbursement sent to an external account |
| Fee | Platform fees charged for API operations |
| Refund | Refund credited back to your wallet |
KYC Status
Your account KYC status is visible in Settings → Identity. Cards can only be issued once your KYC is approved. If your KYC is pending or rejected, a banner appears on your dashboard with next steps.| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Documents submitted, under review (1–3 business days) |
| Approved | Full access to card issuing and payouts |
| Rejected | Review the rejection reason and resubmit corrected documents |
